To my mind, if you want to create a site, so WordPress is one of the best free ways of achieving it. It has a number of free themes and plugins which make your site look great. I recommend WordPress to anyone who wants to build a site easily.
The second way I want to describe is for those who want to build a website manually. In this case you will need the tool like Macromedia Dreamweaver. If you does not want to pay for it, then try a free tool called Kompozer. Download it at kompozer.net. This tool is similar to Dreamweaver. Kompozer will help you to build website quickly as you don’t need to code the HTML yourself. With the help of Kompozer intuitive menus you will be able to add tables, editing text and adding colors and images.
